This isn’t just talk therapy. It’s pattern-shifting, self-trust-building, “oh wow that’s me” therapy.

Individual Therapy

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down or just not like yourself lately. Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns, navigating a big life shift, or reacting in ways you don’t fully understand.

At Aera, therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and start shifting what’s not working. We work with anxiety, depression, relationship and family dynamics, obsessive thoughts, addictive patterns, eating disorders, trauma, stress, and life transitions, big and small.

Come as you are. We’ll figure it out together.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be complicated, even with someone you love. You might be stuck in the same arguments, avoiding certain topics, or feeling like you're speaking two different languages.

Couples therapy is a space to unpack dynamics, name what’s not working, and build new ways of communicating that feel more honest, respectful, and connected. Whether you’re navigating conflict, big life changes, or just want to feel more like a team again.

We’ll help you slow down and do the work, together.

Family Therapy

Family can be a source of love and stress, miscommunication, and tension. You might feel stuck in old roles, navigating generational dynamics, or unsure how to have the conversations that matter most.

Family therapy at Aera is a space to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. We help families explore patterns, shift communication, and find new ways of relating that feel more respectful, supportive, and honest.

We’re committed to helping families heal without forcing anyone into roles that no longer fit.

What You Can Expect

We’re warm, collaborative, and not afraid to say, "I'm noticing a pattern here...”

We believe therapy should be equal parts insight and action.

You’ll leave sessions with more clarity, more self-trust, and maybe even some language for the stuff you’ve been feeling but couldn’t name yet.
